Clubs are open for 2026! Click on the club you are interested in and fill out the form. You MUST fill out the form for your child to participate.
Please remember all clubs are run by volunteers, who set their own schedules.
Leaders will communicate with guardians through phone, email, and/or Facebook once signups are complete.

PTA is partnering with North High School Drama Club to present a Drama Workshop to Perry Creek Elementary Students.
We appreciate the Drama Club for bringing a sample of the theater to our students. If your child liked the Drama Workshop, become involved in the PTA to ensure activities like this keep coming!
